Capabilities · Rental Fleet
Branded like it's yours, not generic.
Renting a structure shouldn't mean showing up in somebody else's booth. Every rental we send out is dressed in your graphics, your colors, your lighting. You rent the bones; the booth feels like yours.
When renting makes sense
Renting’s the right move when you’re only at a show or two a year, when your schedule keeps changing, when you want a fresh look without owning and storing a structure, or when you just want to try a footprint before you commit to building your own. And honestly, it’s smart when you’d rather put your money into how the booth looks than into owning hardware.
The fleet
We carry inline, peninsula, and island configurations from 10×10 up to 30×30, with one double-deck-capable 30×30 in the premium tier. Our standard system is BeMatrix; our premium and double-deck tier runs on Aluvision. The fleet is photographed in past dressings so you can see how it actually looks branded, not as a render.

Two paths on graphics
You provide print-ready files. We send you exact panel dimensions, bleed specs, file format requirements, and a 21-day-before-ship deadline. Our prepress reviews; if files pass, they go to print.
Or we design. For clients without an internal design team, we design the dressing in-house. Scoped separately on the RFQ.
Straight talk on price
You won’t find dollar prices listed here, and that’s on purpose. A real rental gets priced on the footprint, the dressing, how long you need it, the add-ons, and where it’s headed — so any number we slapped on a webpage would just be wrong. On the RFQ there’s a budget range; pick the one that fits and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
