Lamar Exhibits, Inc. — founded 2013 in White Plains, Maryland by Rodney Lamar. Sixty years of combined trade-show experience across the team. One name on the door.
Who we are
We’re a custom exhibit and environments shop just fifteen miles south of the Beltway, in the DC metro. We design, build, ship, install, and tear down trade show booths for B2B clients — and we build permanent spaces too, like showrooms, lobbies, museums, and interiors, for folks who want a finished room that works as hard as a great booth does.
Between us, the team has sixty years of trade show experience. We’re a small shop on purpose, anchored in the DC metro with a second home in New York City and a network of fabrication and install partners around the world — so we can reach a long way without getting big and slow about it.
What we’re not
We’re not a catalog display reseller, we’re not a print-and-ship pop-up shop, and we’re not a giant national chain where you’re a ticket number. We sit right in the middle on purpose: the attention of a small shop, the muscle of a full one, and certified ownership behind it.
Certifications
Lamar Exhibits is a women-owned, veteran-owned, and minority-owned business — certifications that are not decorative. Fortune 500 supplier-diversity programs and federal contracting buyers actively seek out exhibit producers with these credentials. Most national exhibit competitors do not carry them. DC, Maryland, and Virginia primarily. New York via our secondary presence. Nationwide with our partner network. International work coordinated through long-running freight forwarders we have used across two prior IDS Cologne cycles and beyond.
