What we collect

When you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) or contact us through this site, we collect: your name, work email, optional phone number, company name, project details (show, date, footprint, scope, budget bucket), and any files you upload (floor plans, RFP documents, brand guidelines). We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, country) via a privacy-first analytics provider that does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

To respond to your RFQ, scope a quote, and continue the relationship if you become a client. We do not sell your information. We do not share it outside of the operational tools we use to run the project (CRM, transactional email).

How long we keep it

Project records are retained for seven years for accounting and procurement reference. Marketing contacts can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email [email protected] with the request and we will respond within 30 days.
