FAQ
How quickly can we have it shipped?
Our standard lead time for a rental is in the listing. We can compress with rush prepress and rush print at a surcharge — talk to us if your show is inside 30 days.
Do we need to provide our own graphics?
No. We support both paths: print-ready files from your team to our spec, or full design in-house by Lamar. Scoped on the RFQ.
What happens if the booth is damaged at the show?
A standard damage waiver covers reasonable wear and minor issues. Damage above the waiver is invoiced at refurb cost. We document state-in / state-out on every rental.
Can we re-skin between shows?
Yes. Most of our modular fleet is designed exactly for that. The structure stays; new graphics for each show.
Is this configuration available for international shipping?
Possibly. International shipments are scoped per project — carnets, customs, in-country I&D, freight forwarder coordination. Tell us your destination and we will scope it.
